How to operate the pump safely and correctly.

Properly idle the piston assembly by working the handle so the pump runs smoothly.

Remove the tank cap and pour the chemical through the strainer, then close the cap.

Do not fill the tank with more than 15 litres of liquid — it will overflow.
- 4
Carry the tank on your back with both straps over your shoulders and hook them onto the frame.

Do not lift the tank above your back.
- 6
Use the handle with the right or left hand alternately, and spray with the pipe in the other hand.

The pump pressurises after 10–11 initial strokes.

Wear the sprayer properly at the waist.

Only check for leakage by running water through the pump.

Always wear gloves, goggles and a mask while working.
- 4
Spray towards the wind direction.
- 5
Keep the pump in a cool, dry place after use.

Do not touch the chemical with bare hands.
- 7
Never clean the sprayer in a river, pond or canal.
- 8
Keep children away while spraying.
