Every drop, exactly where it matters.

Saurabh Shaktiman drip systems — BIS-certified Class 1/2/3 inline and flat drip lines, empanelled under PMKSY, APMIP, TGMIP and TANHODA schemes.

Why Drip

Less water. More yield. Better margins.

50–80% Water Saving

Direct-to-root delivery eliminates surface runoff and evaporation losses.

Higher Crop Yields

Consistent moisture at root zone drives measurable increases in yield and quality.

Fertigation-Ready

Venturi injectors integrate with our drip lines for precise root-zone nutrient delivery.

Lower Weed & Disease Risk

Targeted watering keeps inter-row soil dry — fewer weeds, less foliar disease pressure.

Drip System Types

One technology, four configurations.

Inline Round Drip

Class 1 / 2 / 3

Emitters moulded inside a cylindrical lateral at fixed intervals. Robust for orchards, sugarcane and permanent crops.

Inline Flat Drip (Tape)

Class 1 / 2 / 3

Flat-folded lateral with integrated emitters — easy to lay, retrieve and re-use. Ideal for seasonal row crops and vegetables.

Online Drip (Button Dripper)

Precision

Individual drippers inserted into polyethylene supply tubing at custom spacing — maximum flexibility for kitchen gardens and small plots.

Subsurface Drip (SDI)

Long-life

Laterals buried 5–15 cm below the surface to eliminate evaporation and weed germination above the emitter.

Drip Quality Classes

Choose the right class for your crop cycle.

Signet manufactures Class 1, 2 and 3 drip lines to IS standards — the wall thickness and design life match your crop's season length and scheme requirements.

Class 1
WallThinnest wall
Design life1–3 seasons

Annual vegetables, cotton, groundnut — short-cycle crops where low upfront cost matters.

Class 2
WallMedium wall
Design life3–5 seasons

Medium-duration crops — tomato, chilli, onion, sugarcane.

Class 3
WallThick wall
Design life5–7 seasons

Permanent orchards — mango, pomegranate, banana, grapes.

System Architecture

How a drip system is built.

A complete drip system has six layers — Signet supplies every component from head-unit fittings to the dripper at the plant.

1

Head Control Unit

Pump, disc/sand filter, pressure gauge and fertilizer tank in one assembly.

2

Main Supply Pipe

PVC / HDPE high-pressure main from the head unit to the field.

3

Sub-Main

Distributes water across zones; equipped with zone valves for sectional scheduling.

4

Lateral Lines

Signet Saurabh Shaktiman drip lines — Class 1 / 2 / 3 inline or flat, BIS-certified.

5

Emitters / Drippers

Pressure-compensating or fixed-flow drippers release water uniformly at each plant.

6

Venturi Injector

Optional fertigation — pulls liquid fertilizer directly into the system under operating pressure.

Subsidy Schemes

Signet is empanelled — you can sell under scheme.

Farmers can access 55–100% government subsidy on drip systems. Signet is empanelled under four schemes — dealers supply directly against the approved list without a third-party intermediary.

PMKSY
Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana
National
55% general · 90% SC/ST subsidy

Central scheme covering drip + sprinkler under 'More Crop Per Drop' component.

APMIP
Andhra Pradesh Micro Irrigation Project
Andhra Pradesh
Up to 100% for small & marginal farmers subsidy

Signet is an APMIP-empanelled manufacturer — dealers can supply directly against scheme.

TGMIP / TGMP
Telangana Micro Irrigation Programme
Telangana
75–90% subsidy

Signet empanelled. Subsidy processed through TGMIP portal.

TANHODA
Tamil Nadu Horticulture Development Agency
Tamil Nadu
50–75% subsidy

Signet empanelled. Covers drip and sprinkler for horticultural crops.

Return on Investment

Drip pays back within 1–2 seasons.

When combined with PMKSY or state-scheme subsidy, the farmer's net capital outlay is typically recovered in the first harvest — and savings compound every subsequent season.
